Daily Dribbles- 12/6/13

--Jelani Hewitt was named Player of the Month for the month of Novemer. Hard to argue with the Georgia Southern star getting the honor. He was tremendous last month.

--The SoCon Four Year standings take a look at what teams have been the best over the last four years and lays the groundwork for this year's standings, presenting the last three years. I'll keep on examining this as we move through the year.

--How many D1 wins can the SoCon come up with this weekend? Optimists say three to four. I'm woried that I've gotten my hopes up too many times and don't want to have it happen again. Can Samford win at home against Austin Peay? Can Wofford beat William & Mary? Can Furman go on the road and beat Presbyterian? What about Georgia Southern at South Carolina State? Could The Citadel beat Gardner-Webb? Could Appalachian State make it a second straight SoCon school to upset Charlotte? Should be an entertaining weekend with chances to win some games.

--AppHoops is reviewing the Appalachian State performance against North Greenville, and he isn't particularly high on the performance.  He even refers to the performance as a loss in the last paragraph. Wow.
