--UNCG survived Claflin on Wednesday. The Spartans were only up 71-70 late in the game, but managed to hold on for a five point win. Not a particularly good showing.
--Davidson lost by eleven at Niagara on Wednesday night. The Wildcats didn't seem to be particularly good on Wednesday evening. They are probably the most talented team in the SoCon, but they are really inconsistent. Pretty much sums up the SoCon.
--Elon ranks fifth nationally in three point shooting at 44.1%/. The Phoenix are not a very good rebounding team, so they have to shoot well or else they won't be able to win in the SoCon.
