--Good summary of what happened when the Spartans lost to High Point on Friday night. The Spartans appear to lack much inside game, and they turned the ball over too much, especially in the first half.

--The Citadel beat VMI to advance to the Championship Game of the All Military Classic on Saturday. However, they then lost by seven to Air Force on Sunday. All in all, that is not a bad showing for the Bulldogs, who finished third in the All Military Classic a year ago. This year, they finished second. They look like an improved team through two games. End result- still the same 1-1. Look and feel? Better.

--Very good post for anyone talking about how to raise home attendance. It happens to be from an Appalachian State perspective, but it applies to all of us.

--Georgia Southern was AWFUL against Valparaiso. This team doesn't have Jelani Hewitt yet, so there is a lot of room for improvement. Still, the Eagles were supposed to be better than that performance. We'll see where they go from here.

--Very nice summary of College of Charleston's win over Towson. I have to say that I'm looking forward to the Charleston Classic this week, and I imagine KingKresse will have a TON of information on it. Can't wait.
