ANALYSIS: I maintain that this is closer than it should be gives the common perception that the South is so much better than the North. Yes, the South is better- but it is far closer than most fans want to admit. Tonight's dominance by UNCG continues to prove that the divisions are closer than it would appear. Of course, the South is better, but the North could sure use a 8-8 split down the stretch to prove that they belong in the battle between the two divisions.
