Daily Dribbles- 2/18/13

--UNCG's loss to Appalachian State really hurts their chances of getting the bye. In fact, I think it is just about impossible now. The Spartans lost both home games against Western Carolina and Appalachian State, something they could not afford to happen.

--Chattanooga's loss to Wofford also severely hurt their chances of getting the fourth bye. Right now, things look great for Appalachian State, Western Carolina, and Samford, all fighting it out until the very end.

--Interestingly enough, Samford could still catch Elon for first in the division. If Samford beats Elon at home this week, the lead would be down to two games with three to go and the Bulldogs would have split against the Phoenix. Huge game on Thursday evening for Samford. I was incorrect on Friday when I saw Elon had almost put the division away.

--Davidson has clinched the South thanks to their win over The Citadel on Saturday evening.

--King Kresse has a wrap up of the Cougars win over Georgia Southern, which means that the Cougars went 2-1 against teams that beat them earlier this year in their three games in four against teams that they had lost to.

--A preview of the CofC-Western Carolina game on Purple & Gold.

--A summary of Elon's overtime win on Saturday over Western Carolina.
