Furman beat Elon by fifteen today. Chris Long and Drew Spradlin each scored in double digits, but no other Phoenix player scored more than five. Furman had four guys in double figures, but only three other players scored. Amu Saaka scored 24 and had eight rebounds for the Paladins.
Furman moves to 1-0 in SoCon play and 4-2 overall. Elon is 0-1 in the SoCon, and 2-4 overall.
