--Purple & Gold has a preview of the Georgia Southen-Western Carolina game coming up this Saturday. Should be a great game.
--The Georgia Southern-Western Carolina game is the SoCon Game of the Week.
--Wofford's trip to Chatanooga is also deeply intriguing on Saturday night. The Terriers are 2-1 in SoCon play, while the Mocs are 3-0. Neither team has beaten a team with a SoCon win yet. Both have beaten Samford. Both have beaten The Citadel. Wofford lost to Davidson. Chattanooga beat Furman. This should be a very interesting game for both teams.
--Samford and Furman are each 0-3 and are doing battle on Saturday as well. One will come away with a win. It's a really dangerous time for both teams. They each need a win very badly. The loser basically can kiss away their chances of getting a SoCon Tournament bye.
